There is no NPC that makes em, like they do EWE [1], and AWE [1], etc?

I'm not sure, but... weren't there some Mid-Headgear Quest NPCs added lately? I recall a NPC in Hugel, asking me for a Cyclop's Eye, or something like this. Not too sure though. x_x

yeah go tu hugel
you need
a bunch of garnets (250)
a bunch of cursed rubies (2000)
cyclops eyes
some gold (5)
golden mace

i think just that

how you got the cyclops eyes anyway??
i thought was only by donation, can you tell?

I need now.. 2000 cursed rubies, can i buy those from a npc? and same for garnets..

Garnets I think can be bought off an npc. For cursed rubies, I think niff farming is the best way.
