Title: Why do you need so much time for my ticket? :/

Pls GMs! I wait now since some months and look everyday for this support ticket  >:(

Also depends on the circumstances of the ticket (whats on the actual ticket and it's status etc...)

i think our nice GMs are just to lazy  :(  :o
but maybe in 2 years they are ready with it :-/  :'(

That's what players always assume. But they forget that some item recovery tickets before theirs takes a lot of time to be done correctly. If only people didn't lend their things out, if only they had their information correct, if only if only ~

I'm not a full time GM, I don't work 8 hours a day for gming. I perhaps can only dedicate 4-6 hours per day to gming at most. As of right now I'm having IRL issues (as I've stated in a few posts) so I cannot be there right away for tickets and donations.

But I'm giving it all Ive got. But I guess that's considered lazy :o

Note: posting your support ticket and/or it's number does not decrease the time it takes for it to be done. It only further delays it.

I have a job, I have to pay bills you know >_>; The other GMs have their own jobs too or are trying to get jobs, or are going to school. Information is classified though.

Yeah like the others say, Gm's are people Too and They have jobs/school Like other People, There are thousands of tickets and they cant read them all in a day >_>

Please do not resurrect dead topics! We are backlogged with the tickets, but working on it right now! Additionally to that, some bugs have to be fixed for the new episode, and several other things must be implemented and done. Please be patient. :(
