Title: can't see profile

k, everytime i click on a forum name it says, you can't vieuw just any profile or something..
why is that? i remember checking profiles and whatch when people are online, at what times i mean..
it could be a thing put on or off in my profile or w/e so i can watch..i didn't check/swt (yes i am a very lazy person :p, plz answer first then rant at ranters topics :P)

No you cannot see others profiles and yes it was due to stalkers or something
