i evolved my vanil to stage 2 and i was wondering. I read that it would gain a new skill wen it evolves but wen i evolved mine it didnt gain any new skill. is there a reason for that?

you need to get it to loyal again to get that skill, when its loyal youll have a chance to use it (just 1) then goes shy again after it suicides

Stage 2 Skill
Bio Explosion (Skill ID# 8016)     
Type: Offensive    Max Level: 3
SP Cost: 1
Target: Homunculus self
Attack Type: [Splash Damage, 2 cells]
Effect: Homunculus self destructs and inflicts damage ignoring defense on everything within a 9x9 square around it. The damage is based on the Homunculus Maximum HP, and after the attack, its intimacy is reduced to 1.
Level   Description
1   Maximum HP*1
2   Maximum HP*1.5
3   Maximum HP*2

Edit:
intimacy reduces to 1, making it loyal need 1000 intimacy points if im not wrong... mine is close to loyal /rice

so it needs to be loyal stage? and if i use it it will become the shy stage again?

were would be a good place to train a stage 2 vanil lvl 83 vanil?

I think I heard somewhere that a Vanilmirth homunculus can successfully train in Niffleheim after level 80/85.

Of course, you may need to have lots of potions at your disposal, for healing.

you can train it at high orcs to 99, just bring blue potions and will be fast, be sure you have thara, high vit, high agi, deviant, the less damage you and homunc receive the better exp your vanil gets, so many blue potions and put your homunc coward so it only attacks when you tank it or let it kill alone as you prefer.
