i c many of priest when they loading the casting is fast then may i know y they was fast casting ?
izin they wearing the berz ? o....what else?

Priests also have the blessing skill which adds +10 dex. Each class will have different DEX bonuses (which also depend on your current job level) so the equipment required may vary from class to class. However, 150 DEX is always required for skills to be Instant Cast.

Just a side note, The only job that is capable of getting IC with cast reduction gears (Such as berze) is crusader and paladin.

and also each 15 dex reduces 10% cast so 150 reduces 100% cast :D

You need the following
2x Dark Illusion OR 1x Dark Illusion and 1x Clock tower manager
Aegis Shield
Dark Lord Footgear
2x Berzebub Acessories
