Hi, someone tried to scam me today and i was wondering if i could report him o.O? i ahve SS

Yes you can, why would you ever need to be scammed to be able to report.  If someone attempts to steal from you in real life, the police will still arrest them even though there crime failed.

do you senda support ticket or u can report on forums since its not actually a "real scam" but an "attempt"

Attempted scams are still offenses, so they can still be reported on the forums. I think it's advised to do so as well, so other players can have input and possibly further strengthen your case. I think it goes under "other reports."
