Title: Spawn Rate

I was just wondering what are the spawn rates for lesser MVPs like Mastering, devilings, Vagabound, and such cuz I fought all three in one day hoping to get cards....and also how do you increase the chance of getting 1% items?

the respawn times are listed there next to map

there is no way to increase drop chance from 1% lol

For most MVPs,

if there on a field its 1 hour.

if there in a dungeon its 30 minutes

Certain MVPs like Valkyrie have a different spawn time.  Her's is 2 hours.
