Title: Guild Leader get banned

what will happen to the guild if the guild leader gets banned?

Nothing, except that the guild leader won't be online anytime soon. Guild would still exist.

Scenario 1:

Guild leader creates a new character and plays legitimately. He then puts in a request to have leadership transferred over for $5 ad credits once an existing guild member invites him into guild.

Scenario 2:

Guild leader gives the old login and password to another guild member. Guild member then puts in a leadership transfer request for $5 ad credits to transfer over to the member/new leader.

Scenario 3:

Old guild leader creates a new guild, have all the members quit and join his new guild.

If he creates a new char....? Well that makes no sense. He might as well not even be banned at all. Since he can still play....  :-\

Loses all gear, all characters, all time spent. We always give 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances to players who want to create new characters and start fresh and new. If they break the rules again, they just get banned again and lose everything they've worked for, again.

nope i did not know he was botting maybe he is using other char  or acct to do it

its really concern me cos i level it alone for level 17 to 34 now /sob and

i still have 50% tax  till now

maybe we can resolved this by using GM Denia's methods/scenarios

The best solution about the tax is to leave the guild and come back later when things are resolved.

cant Disband the guild w/o the leader though so they have to pick a new name for it. Unless the GMs are willing to do a forced Disband.

we will not quit the guild tho

will stay until the former guild leader already creates new char

then just pay $5 ads for leadership transferred /ok

i just thought maybe our hard work to level the guild will just go in tin air

but i see the answer through your replies thats why we will still stay loyal to the guild

One of my former guild leaders was banned.  Yes..the guild remains active.  If nobody has invite rights, then you can't join the guild.  You can only leave if you were already in the guild after the ban.

sorry but if you weren't in the guild before the ban you don't need to leave it  :angel:
