Title: support ticket question

well I submitted a ticket 4 months ago and it was answered around two weeks back, it stated that it was waiting for player response so I provided the required information and resent it now reads "waiting for High GM response" does this mean Im going to have to wait an equally long time to fianlly get my ticket answered or are these kind of tickets given priority? thanks

I hear some GMs are doing exams and stuff and with those GMs not doing the minor stuff the higher GMs have to pick up the slack until then. Hopefully a GM sees this and will be able to help you out.

Well of course they will, you just have to be patient.
Also, GMs are trained not to help if you ask like this on the forums, as it'd be bias.
Anyway, just wait, it'll be answered soon. I doubt it will take 4 months again.

If I were to sell the char whose name my ticket was sent in,what would hannen,would I be able to transfer the ticket in the name of my new account?

You can click on your support ticket and make changes/updates, but of course that would bump your ticket back to the bottom of the line. As a result, you would have to wait even longer.
