can someone please list all the things that get nerfed in WoE. does flee gets nerf?
List of Things Discussed Already
40% reduction on all skills
[0]20% for melee
20% for ranged
[0]50% for magic
The Endure Abililty To Still Move While Being Hit Is Disabled, But You Still Get The MDEF Bonus
[0]Cant Be Knocked Back

magic atk is also nerf in woe so as range atk

40% reduction on all skills 20% for melee 20% for ranged 50% for magic
Not sure on flee, but there IS a flee reduction. Not that much mind you.

Harken himself confirmed there was no flee change. Again, its natural youll get hit easier if being mobbed.
To be fair Harken himself was wrong on a lot of stuff. I also believe this to be the case with the flee reduction, it might not be much but there is one.
Pwn and myself tested all the woe reductions back in dec with the bug with the event map (which allowed you to see numbers in woe if you had logged/died on the event pk map and went to woe after ) and did check about the flee thing.
Basically we tested his flee against my hit in pvp first several times over and over and got a rough average with the flee / hit %
then in woe, basically I would be hitting him 8-10 times out of 10 as opposed to my attacks being flee'd 60%~ of the time in pvp, and we repeated this several times (behind the pront 1 castle lol) and drew the averages ;( .
And this wasn't with multiple players just 1 on 1. You really should test this yourself and you'll see. >:( :P :-[ :police: :laugh: :-*
