i want to play to play the tutorial of RO but i dont know if in this server is one

Aah, you mean the novice training grounds? We don't have that here :(

Not a Tutorial persay; However Dutchy made a guide to help out New players too.
In it, you'll find basically everything you need to get started.

Apart from that there are several guides to specific playing found in the "Game Mechanics" sub forums.
