Does Mental Sensing + Quad Drac/ am mut stack together?

(Cast a 9*9 cell area around the casters that increases EXP rewarded to characters and creatures within range. Mental Sensing has an Initial SP Cost of 20 SP and consumes 1 SP every 3 seconds while active.) It's 180% max at level 5

They should, but just so you know the monster, the leecher and the leechee all need to be within the AOE.

the monster needs to be in it? D: damn it thats gonna be a very very VERY slow and alot of dying leech ;-;
