Title: Question about Cast time.

I am wondering, if you have ic, and you use a card that says something like +30% cast time, does it affect your cast really? seeing as you have 0 cast time?

it doesnt effect your cast time but why would you be using such a card if you got IC?

actually if you have IC all your body slots are pretty much used up with gear that gives IC

exceptions are Priest that has bless (+10 Dex)
and any SQI that gives Dex (Evan for example)

in general the slots that are free would be Shield and mid lover headgear

put it this way... Most of the time if you have IC you cant use cast reduction cards anyway cause the IC cards are in the slots the cast reduction cars go into..

Plus if its IC what the hell do you plan on reducing???

I think he is reffering to the cards that add more casting time in exchange 4 another ability.

yea it sawys +30% cast time. such as phen or bloody butterfly. and i would also like to know this. thanks ^o^
