Where is alberta potion maker at??? I know it's in alberta but where is the exact location of the npc!

inside the building next to the pet npcs
enter there then go to left portal

go straight down then turn right up the stairs

its on left down side of the map

Its in the merchant Guild.

If you played on an Official Server, You'll probably know where it is.
