DDDD(Drops3x and doppel1x) how is it sounds to you??
If I equip this weapon to my priest, it can give me lower cool down time to cast another magnus or safety wall.

 No, with one dopple; you'll still be missing out on 190aspd for lowest possible cast delay.
I've seen DDdd rods before and they've taken forever to sell. If anything, make a DDdrakedrop rod so the weapons more versatile and has some use outside of pvm.

 Gives level 5 waterball and perfect hit on every character.
Perfect hit= Instead of damage doing 51,52,54,55,51; it would do constant 55s. (Will still miss on high flee monsters/players)

 The rod can be used during Woe/Duels/Other characters. A DDdropdrop rod on the other hand is limited to certain situations. A Ddropdropdrop rod is pretty much useless.

No, that's incorrect; the Doppel cards will reduce cast delay of spells that have ZERO CAST-DELAY TIME to begin with, such as SW, Holy Light or Magic Crasher. With Magnus Exorcismus, the 4 second skill delay will still apply, so investing in a Dop rod will do nothing to help your ME spammability.
