How long it will take to repond a support ticket since i opened mine before a month and 12 days /sob

Seriously, there are multiple topics like this every day. <.< It won't really help to ask the same question again and again and again and again and again and again and again...
By the way: What do you mean by "To recover a support ticket"? Support ticket, regarding an item recovery case? Well, always depends on your case how long it takes, how much information you included, etc., I suppose.

Well as i know and as i asked it takes 3~4 weeks to get a high GM respond but in my case it took more than 6 weeks T_T And my support ticket full of information .... I just need to hear how long it will take if you already made one /ok
