Ok.So..I just started playing Anthem RO a few days, so dont blame for being noob. ) :

Im just wondering..how ppl get those +numbers (eg. +1, +2, +3, +10) beside a weapon..?
and..How do you use cards on them/.?

What lvl can you get your 2nd job at? (knight)

Are VIT knights better, or AGI knights..?

Don't worry no one born Pro.

@questions.
1. You can upgarde your weapons by using blacksimth NCP service( you can upgrade any weapon or armor to +4 without breaking them) and  whitesmith one class who got skill to upgrade weapons( higher the job means higher upgrading chance)
2. Regarding card, if weapon or armor got slot, so just clicks cards( only works when item is unequipped)
3.After 99 base level you can able to change to high jobs.
4. Vit knights are better, if your equips are better, else you can try Agi knight too.

He means what lvl can he go knight. Well you can become a knight at job lvl 40 as a swordsman. Or you can go and max out to 50 if you like but there's not point. lol

For weapons the safety upgrade level is determined by the weapons level [lvl 1 weps can be upgraded to +7 without breaking]

Yes, But when you first start off I wouldn't worry about upgrading your gears since you will end up changing them a lot.

Try ayothaya dungeon, you will need to have about 35 dex and the rest of your stats on AGI. Also make sure you have a decent sword, an Concentration potion to increase your speed and healing items (Meats are cheap) in case you get hurt.

Avoid the monkey dudes (If they see you they will chase you down) and just leave the beetles alone.

once i get job lvl 40, and become a knight, which skill should i go for first?
