My friend said that staff of magi can utilize bless lvl 5 skill if your strength is above 40. It written on the information when you right click it. But when I try to do it, @_@ I can't see those thing written on it??? My last conclusion is that only lvl 99 who can see it because he's lvl 99 and I'm not.

You need to update your sakray, patcher, etc

You probably need to download the latest patch for this. It should fix the descriptor. I have a SoM and yes you do get bless 41 base str.
