Title: Support ticket still not answered

lol i remebered today about my ticket[almost forgot] which i sent in November 19th 2007 and its still not answered........how long does it usually take :P

I feel the pain. I'm waiting on mine too. Just know they'll get to it.. Hopefully.

Well it depends on what your ticket is about but they never should take that long.

maybe they are waiting on you to reply back on the support ticket? that happens alot, so just check back on the ticket
