Wrong Ace /heh.

It's actually somewhere in Hugel Fields, there's suppose to be an NPC that warps you there. Forget where it is though.

I don't go ingame much and I almost never Warp, so I wouldn't know.

I thought it was on there though.

go to Magma dungeon but DON"T GO INSIDE, Take 2 Maps north
