Q: Why cant I use any skills or chat to people in-game? A: If character has a Red speech bubble with 3 dots (http://img163.imageshack.us/img163/6655/mutedcharwithredspeechbph7.png) on him and you also get text which says You cannot use any skills or chat for the next X minutes (http://img145.imageshack.us/img145/8555/gmtextsayingyoucantusesvn9.png) someone has reported you breaking a rule or you have been spamming a lot of chat messages in-game and as a result of that have been muted.
If you wish to find out why you were muted search for your muted characters name in the Mute log (http://www.anthemro.com/forums/index.php/topic,64.0.html).
If you wish to contest this punishment or cannot find your characters name in the mute log send in a support ticket, although it is recommended you just wait out the duration of your punishment (Note - You must be logged in as the muted character for the duration of your mute to go down)
Edit: You will never be muted for no reason.

Shane, help me out here...
It is impossible for me to know the details of your case and I'm not a GM so I can't just pull a screen shot from the air. I suggest searching the reports section for your name and maybe you will find a screen shot from the person who reported. If not you will have to send in a support ticket explaining the situation and a GM should be able to guide you from there.

Well without knowing any details of the incident he may of done nothing wrong but he was part of the chat room which happened to belong to someone who was doing something wrong so he will just have to wait out the time.

thats exactly what i was mentioning, even if hewas just in it with the real opener, he was streetchatting after all.

if there is no screenshot, the gms found you on their pron trip on their own i guess. Mistakes rarely to never happen in such cases, you better read the street rules again before similar stuff happens again.

That, or someone sent in a support ticket and reported that way instead. Then again I doubt Report tickets are dealt with that fast even with the improved support ticket speed AnthemRO seems to have (Much more faster then Anima anyway)

No, I saw the screenshot, it was me. But then again, I saw that I wasn't in a guild yet. But the streetchat name was "recruiting guildies", which i was talking with someone. Yeah.... I'll just have to wait out the time...
