Title: anima ro acount/can't access it

i had a lvl 81 sin on anima ro and can't get it back for this server will someone please tell me what to do? thank you

Send in support ticket under the "Lost items/Scams" category and include the following details:

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
