just wondering they said its going to be finished in 24-28 hours its been 4 days :\

umm it depends on ur prob/ type of ticket summit
item recovery would take some time as it is not easy to track the items

Going out on a limb here but ... Your character is a guild leader is why it hasn't been processed. Once again, guild leader changes take a while because they require a full on maintenance to do. If you want it processed faster, disband the guild, and then resubmit your request.
