Title: Card extraction

How do you take cards out of a weapon? I know it costs donation money, but after you have donated, then what? How do i start the card extraction process after I have donated? Thanks for any help on the subject.

Would you happen to know how long the unslotting process takes? When the website finished loading it indicated that the item was not located in my storage and when I try to log in the game it says "account ID blocked by game master". Is any of this normal?  Any information is appreciated.

Didn't you leave the item you wanted unslotted in your storage? I'm not too sure if the your account being blocked by a GM was a result of you not using the unslotter correcting or you being punished for breaking the rules.

Searh your account name on the forums and see if you can determine the reason of your ban.

You're suppose to put the item that you wanted to unslot in storage first. Then log out of that account, not just character. Then unslot your item. Wait a while, about a minute, then log back in.

You could be just temp ban, so wait a while, and try again. See if it works after.

I took your advice and searched my account ID on the forums for a banned reason, search came up empty. I don't believe i was banned for misconductivity.

Yes, my items were in storage and I was fully logged off RO. I even only left the item needing to be unslotted in my kafra so when I started the extraction process I could only select one item.


I believe my only course of action now if to leave a " GM Ticket " and wait for a promising response. Thanks for all the help.

Try searching for characters you have on the account.

While you wait for the ticket to be answered, keep trying again after about every 5min.

I'm saving ads for unslotting my DDPT, but after I read this topic I'm not sure if it's still safe to use Auto Unslotting. I heard some people got banned from using it and they had to sent in support ticket. Any opinion?

Its a safe auto unsloting, just you need to step by step.

Automated Unslotter:
This tool unslots cards from items.
It will only check items in kafra storage.
If you are currently logged in, you will get disconnected.
During the unslotting process your account will be temporarely banned. After the page is done loading you can log in again.
You need to have full access to the account that holds the item.

keep your item in kafra storage.
And log out from acount.
Use the Autonmated unslotter.( keep in mind click every click once and wait for page load)
Dont log in your acount till process finished.

You can log back to acount, after unsloting done on Automated unslotter page.  :)

We do have a log for when the Unslotter does not unban you, generally from when you try to spam button presses during the unslot process.

I've just unbanned two accounts.  Maybe one of them was yours?

My account is now currently unbanned. Yes, multiple clicks may have been the problem. I did press the enter key by accident and I thought it initiated the extraction process, but after the webpage was idling for a second I used the mouse to press the button to start again.

My whole card extraction process was pretty much posted in this post. For future users just be careful of your clicks. This was resolved after only one night, it was a fast and timely response. And, as the GM said themself, they have a log of when the unslotter does not unban you. The process still seems safe and my item was successfully unslotted.
