How much is a 0.02%drop is it 5% or 0.10%?

its a 3 time rate for drop rate
5x/5x/3x means 5 times base exp, 5 times job exp and 3 times drop rate
meaning a monster with 0.2% chance of droping something would be 0.6 here

Some drops however are adjusted specifically. Like the MVP dros in lh3. BoDs etc
