when i do that for some reason the game doesnt come up can you help me?

Don't open it with the patch. Open the Anima/Anthem.exe.

now it says i need binkw32 to open this file >.>

You're missing the binkw32.dll file. Try reinstalling your RO using the Anthem mini setup. You can download it on acejay thread.
