Title: Item Recovery Fees

Recovery Fee**	Situation
Free	All Item Recovery Rules were followed
First Item: 5 Ads Each Additional Item: 2.5 Ads Each SQI*: 15 Ads	Items were Scammed or Stolen (where Item Recovery Rules were broken)
5 Ads	Recovering a Deleted Character (Account must have an open slot)
5 Ads	Traded or Mailed Item to the Wrong Person
2.5 Ads	Accidentally Sold Item to NPC or Lost Item through NPC Creation of a New Item
Picked Up: 5 Ads Disappeared: 2.5 Ads	Accidentally Dropped Item
Unrecoverable	Accidentally Broke Item by Upgrading
Unrecoverable	Vended Item for the Wrong Price
Unrecoverable	Left Item on a Sold Character
Unrecoverable	Left Item on a Deleted Character (You can recover items from a deleted character by recovering the character.)
Unrecoverable	Left Item in Cart During Rollback (You can roll back to a merchant class to regain access to your cart.)

* SQIs are Aegis Shield, Artemis Bow, Belmont Whip, Brisingamen, Djinn, Electric Guitar, Evangelist, Lord Kaho's Horn, Megingjard, Mjolnir, Nibelungen, Sherwood Bow, Sleipnir [1], Staff of Magi, Suiken, Tome of Ymir, Twin Fang, and Valkyrie Helm.

** Please note that fees for all item recovery cases where the Item Recovery Rules were broken are subject to the GMs' discretion. Determining factors may include, but are not limited to, the complexity of the case, the amount of evidence provided by the victim, and which rules were broken.

UPDATE: As of May 13, 2015 the most we will charge for a recovery will be 100 ads per ticket. Item recoveries done prior to this date will not be reimbursed recovery fees.
