Hello Dearest aRO Players!

In my never-ending quest to provide only the greatest server with the happiest players, I am making some changes. Not only by updating our client, revamping our forums, and refreshing the adshop, but by employing staff that can make my vision become a reality.

Over the past couple months I have slowly added on new staff members to fill the holes that we were desperately needing to fill. You have probably met quite a few of them in game or in the forums. Each of them has their own special skill set and qualities that have made them an integral part of my team. You will notice we have doubled our team! As the server grows, I will continue to hire more staff to facilitate players needs.

Please check out the updated listing below for more clarity on positions and job descriptions for new staff and existing staff.

High GMs
Merkel - Server Owner, Donations, Game Mechanics, Support Tickets
Flan - Staff Team Lead, Support Tickets, In-game Service Tickets, General Support

Administration
Finnian - Support Ticket Quality Assurance, Record Keeper, Keeper of Secrets
Recall - Game Mechanics, Support Tickets

Development
Linus - Webmaster, Database Administrator, Scripter, Tech Support
Nyx - eAthena/rAthena and Hercules Developer, Event Scripter, Tech Support
Halcyon - Writer, Wiki Developer, Event Developer, Tech Support

Player Relations Specialists
Our in-game staff will spend time interacting with players, answering questions, hosting events, and fulfilling in-game service ticket requests (such as Kaho and Valkyrie Helm sprite changes).
GM Skylar - In-game Event GM, Player Relations Team Lead, In-game Service Tickets, General Support
GM Bacon - Creative, Social Networker, In-game Service Tickets, General Support
GM Nuke - In-game Service Tickets, General Support

Finn is basically like a priest. Everyone Sunday for here on out is Confessional.

Secrets? What secrets? I have no secrets! :angel:
My main role is Support Ticket Quality Assurance. It's my job to make sure your tickets are handled properly and within a reasonable time frame.
