i donated for 2 dopples and a phree and they never ended up in my storage......What do i do?

Click on the link above, and send in a support ticket. Please code the ticket as "Donation"

To speed your ticket along, please provide the following information:

1. Date you purchased the item.
2. Transaction ID#

Please put in the subject line: Undelivered Item Shop Purchases

If you're buying the cards from the item shop, try checking the purchase log and see what user name you used to buy the cards with.
