But is this list up-to-date?

Did you read full list ?

$5 Change an already customized Kaho into another existing customization (must include username and password)
$15 Change an already customized Kaho into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)
$40 Change an uncustomized Kaho into a non-existing customization (must include username and password)
$30 Change an uncustomized Kaho into a existing customization (must include username and password

I know that but I want to know if it exists then I heard it exists but in the list it isn't.

Well, AYam hat exist in hat list, so i think you can make one, you just need to pay fee.

Well PowerGod wanted to make a Samurai kaho (15 ads) but the GM said no more customisations.

I wanted to make a Black bunny band kaho, but the GM said that, they need update for that. :P

If they don't have the sprites or permission to use the sprites, then they can't make your custom kahos if they're not already in the system without adding it to the tables and putting the sprite in everyone's game file.

It's not easy to make new custom kaho and if they want to make some new customs it must take a while /ok
