Title: Error code when making character

Hi! I'm having trouble during the character creation screen. I click on an empty slot, and click "make" but then it starts giving me error messages. I've run patch_kRO and patch_Renewal already. AnesisRO is currently up to date.

I run into these three error codes - and some of them repeat as if I didn't see it the first time. XD;

And then I get this error log. I don't know why it thinks it's July. >>;

I tend to change the locale around to play other games that I have, so that's no big deal. c:
