I've only played a few.
SinX is my fav, and I found WS to be super fun too~ Bio is also nice under certain conditions.

Mage-y High Priest and quirky Sniper are my two most liked classes so far in my RO playing lifetime. (I don't do typical builds unlike the majority of the vets who follow each other on this server)
If I had the choice to pick only one for that vote...I guess High Priest.
