Title: Help a newb GS

[Posted in the thread, no one replied D:]

I just started playing gunslinger again and I wanna focus on making some hybrid builds(involving Rifles and Shotguns...... if possible that is)

But now, I wanna focus on leveling up to lvl 99 first.

Currently I am lvl 85 and these are the gears I have access to:

Top: Kaho/Valkyrie Helm
Mid: Wild Awe
Bottom: None
Armor: +4 Bathory Coat
Garment: +7 Deviling Manteu
Weapon: +5 Western Outlaw[Santa Poring x2]
Shoes: Eddga Shoes/ DL Sleips
Accessories: 2x Sting Gloves, 1 Mad dog ring and 1 Spring Rabbit clip

So for level-ing, I tried the Valley of Goyl(?) and ended up having a hard time. They hit like a truck and I ended up using more Meat and GJs.
And yes, i use Desperado. I could only mob like 3 Loli Ruris for safety reasons(Still had to spam meat though.... and I used Hell Poodle and Spring rabbit  ).

Am I missing something? Is there some kind of trick to it?
Tips for a Gunlinger newbie?
