This place is still under a bit of construction as you can see... especially since i decided to expand in order to make room for everyone in Pax, rather than just Pax Imperia Elites. Of course everyone was welcome before as well, but it is a little more obvious now. When i say "everyone" i still only mean Pax. Members of Rekenber should enter at their own risk. (Pies may or may not be thrown...)

We need to decide when we can do this on a weekly basis.
Saturday nights (even after WoE) are right out... at least for now.

We will gather in Gonryun at the designated time (TBA) and have 15 minutes to get ready before heading out.

Zenyth (Bio) will be the party leader.

How to Sign Up
Post which classes you are able to bring, and which one is your first choice.

You may tell me your characters' names, but to keep things more organized on the list, i will just use your forum name. PIE and Pax members generally get priority, but others are also welcome. If you are unable to join us due to a lack of available spots, you will be given priority for a spot next time. If you want to bring an "Other" class (see spoiler at bottom), i will take that into consideration if we have our bases covered and still have room in the party. Also, you have to let me know each week if you are planning to attend. And don't be late or you might lose your spot!

Party Etiquette
Rules that i expect everyone in the party to follow regardless of your guild or faction:

• Listen to everyone, but mostly me! Everyone's opinion counts, but don't forget that i'm the party leader. Also, to help us communicate better, i recommend having a separate tab with just party chat and minimal other info.
• Do NOT rush ahead. Do NOT mob. If you get overwhelmed because you rushed ahead by yourself, do NOT come back down the stairs for help. (That rarely works out.) You dun goofed and must deal with the consequences. Someone will res you once the situation is under control.
• Do not use harsh words if someone makes a mistake. I understand that it can be frustrating, but don't be mean. When the coast is clear, we can try to sort out the issue calmly so it hopefully won't be repeated. I want to keep the party mood focused but fun.

Loot Distribution
This is still a work in progress, so feel free to give me suggestions.

Before the run:

• Declare any low/mid tier items or common loot you need. Certain SQI ingredients, for example.
• If more than one person wants the same thing and it's a rare drop, roll /dice and the higher number gets first dibs. If the item drops again, then the next highest roll gets it.
• Keep in mind that all "special" items are not up for grabs. These include any valuable items from Valk, Ifrit, Entweihen, and Naght; any super rare and high value gear like sniping suit [1]; MVP cards and certain miniboss cards.

During the run:

• If it's not a special item and no one has dibs on it, it belongs to whoever grabs it first.
• Be sure to help out by picking up common loot that someone needs.
• It's fine if you pick up a special item or a rare item for someone else if necessary. Just make sure it gets to the right person as soon as possible (unless they need you to carry it).
• If you need to leave in the middle of the run, give me (or whoever is most readily available) any special items or items that need to go to other people before you go. If you disappear without warning, we'll sort things out later.
• I trust you guys, but i know it's easy to forget things, so i will be logging who picks up what! :police:

After the run:

• Everyone should look through their inventory and make sure items find their way to their rightful owners.
• I will gather all the special items that anyone has been hanging onto. These items will be vended and the zeny will be split among the party members.
• I would rather not deal with people haggling for an item after the ET run, so i'm not going to sell anything on the spot. Of course nothing is stopping you from buying the item from my vend shop if you get there first. 8)

I sincerely thank everyone who helped make it possible for me to reach job level 70 in such an epic fashion on the week of my 7th anniversary with aRO.

by the way, feel free to post screenshots here as long as they don't reveal anything we wouldn't want Rek to see. screenshots with players from both factions (not just npcs) are generally safe.

it's going to be hard to catch up if our dungeon keeps getting blocked by questionably legit DA matches. :|

turns out it was just buggy, and no one was really trying to start a DA match. someone may have gone in, but it was not supposed to start. Nidhogg responded quickly and added another NPC just for getting to the faction dungeon, so this should not be a problem anymore. however, DA appears to be broken for now.

The result has been announced! Well congratulations to the top 5 players of Pax! Honestly, I think this is the first time in my 4 years in aRO I joined something this big. Get to know more people, get into teamwork and the fun to be in a party.. I prefer solo things up before but being around with so many people added up the spice in game and its totally fun.

Well I do hope PIE will have future planning later on so our memories during the war time will be cherished forever.  ;)

It was fun while it lasted. Wished I hadn't taken a 3+ year "vacation" and returned earlier and made the list. Oh well, maybe next time.

For me, it wasn't about the points, or who could defend the longest. It was a new aspect of the game that I haven't seen before. I've played iRO since it was in Beta, I've ran private servers, and even caused a few to shutdown /gg Anyways... It was something new (to me), different, and fun to participate in. And I look forward to more events.

we have all the updates through episode 14.1 now. i don't even know where to start. i think i'll first try to get the special pet egg that is dropped in both faction dungeons (though lower rate in ours). i'm looking forward to seeing you in-game again!

i REALLY wish the "change vote" feature would work since it gives me the option to use it when creating polls. :|

on second thought, i'm just going to go with the results from the first poll. it was just meant to test the waters anyway. it seems like there may be enough people interested, and friday evenings and saturday afternoons seem like the best options. i'll keep that in mind for when i have time to organize and participate in ET runs. i realize i'm dragging my feet on this, but i've been bogged down with other priorities.
