Title: Purchasing Ad Credit From Other Player

So this is an "if" situation,
First of all, if I wanted to buy ad credit from a player, and I already followed the rules char lvl 70 or above and/or trans job.
I paid the amount of zeny for the purchase, then this other player didn't give the ad credit I supposed to get.

The question is,
If I reported this to gm via support ticket with evidences, will I get my zeny back? If yes, will there be a recovery fee or is it free of charge?

It seems so vague the "Use at your own risk!" in the ad transfer section, hence I ask.

with proper evidence.. the player would get ban if he/she doesnt return your zeny or give you the correct amount of ads.

I believe you'll get your zeny back but im not 100% sure.

Of course I know the prepetrator will get banned! And they should.
I hope someone know what will happened to the victim. Will they get the zeny back or ...?

You will, in most cases they do return zeny.
