Title: IC Gears

Hello folks.
Was just wondering what the top tier IC Gears were
along with what the mid tier IC Gears are?
Lastly if Priest has Eddga instead of Gargoyle feet is IC
still possible cause of blessing?

This may help you for MidTier:

Keep i mind that you don't need instant cast - just fast cast. But if you are able to buy high tier gear, then go for it.
