I just noticed that the text when I open my GRF is now in blocks? Is that a problem with the program or with my Computer in general...I know it's suppose to be in Korean but not sure how to fix that... :(

Not sure maybe Change System Locale to Korean??? 1. Start 2. Control Panel 3. Clock, Language and Region 4. Region and Language 5. Administrative tab 6. Change system locale 7. Restart PC

No it only shows the files/formats correctly written in that language. I played Visual Novels (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_novel) before and have to change it to Japan.

But what I don't understand is why the language can't be read by default like before? Did Windows change that with an update D=
