i think it depends. I got mine done in a few hours. But that was 1 or 2 months ago.

It depends on when the GM in charge of the ticket can get to it. Bumping them and making threads generally makes tickets take longer =)

Only a couple of hours, just make sure you said you know how much it costs and that you are sure you want to do it otherwise it might take longer since yo have to verify it.

I try to get them done within a day. Generally, I do tickets as soon as I get home, and then occasionally throughout the night. Occasionally a few take a bit longer when my schedule gets weird or busy. I have been spending a lot of time with family the last few days so I will be doing a few, but most tickets that were submitted in the last day or so or that are pending will go unanswered until tonight or tomorrow :)

As others have said, always make sure your ticket includes all the correct information as that can always delay your ticket by a day or so. Ie, agree to ad cost, correct username/password for all accounts involved, not in a guild or party for certain requests.

GM Haine has been pretty quick in my experience.

I think the fastest was within a few hours, the longest averaging about a day and a half.

The key here is to NOT bump your ticket. They'll get to it. ;D
