wats the max crit you can have at pvp and does it get lowered during woe?
do u need 95 crit for crit lock?

Max needed crit with a katar class weapon is around 48. You may want higher if you're facing people who stack luck, but seeing as that's not likely, 48 is the magic number.

Well your crit will be lowered if your opponet got high luck and yea katar crit max is 48 cuz your crit will be doubled on katars .

crit lock will happen if ur atk is a crit atk
doesn't matter wat amount the crit rate is -.^

You refer to a crit lock when your enemy is literally "locked" into the fast massive amount of critical dmgs. (thats at least what seems the most logical to me)

Crit lock is, as bensei said, giving massive critical hits over and over again in a fast motion.

However, he forget to mention that crit lock basically stops all movement of the target thus, being "locked".

Though this can easily be stopped by abnormal status dealing equipment such as, stone curse or sleep.

It can also be prevented by using endure or wearing Eddga shoes...

Max critical is 95 but for katars you always double there critical rate.

with buffs, probably close to 100 crit or more...

But the highest i ever seen was 114 crit with lady's luck *aka Fortune something /swt*
and it was on my lk too >_> *sadly I didn't get gloria that time*

but for sin/sinx their crit is fine.

Im pretty sure that the luk, your window displays, is not the true luck at all. The correct formular for the true luck is:

1 + LUK x 0.3 + Crit cards
Means 3 points in luck, get you 1.9 crit


Oh btw, someone mentioned the Crit penalty, if i remember correctly, your chance to crit, will be reduced by Target luck/5, but i can be wrong on this one.
