Well, its all depends on what type of help you needs and what information you gave them.  normally people make tickets for scammed items, so its takes time.

It depends on:

-What type of issue it is.
-The amount of detail you initially provided.
-If it's only doable by High GMs.

If it's anything related to lost items or scamming, it may be quite some time. Remember, they have to:

When i rollbacked it took like 2 days but when i opened scam support ticket it took like 2 months !!
