what MVP card are banned in our server?

As far as I'm aware WS and Sinx aren't banned, they just aren't AD shoppable. They still drop from respective mvps unless it was changed.

Maya and LK are still nyxed.

You can strip GTB, if the Maya Purple Card was on a Mid headgear, you can't strip that.  ::)

Can you even cursor target people while wearing that card or do you need AOE skills to uncloak them?

You still need to uncloak them.
