Is the table in ratemyserver for List of Random Items from OPB accurate? And is it really possible to get slotted accessories like Necklace[1] etc. ?

I'm quite sure that these are in the OPB/OVB list, the chances to get them are very slim though.

Yes u can get all the slotted accesories from them, but like omar said its very slim, in all my time in Ro ive only gotten 2 slotted earrings and 2 Necks and i had to open 500 or so OPBs

yea they give slotted accessory but chances are really very very low.
