How many ads does it cost to change your name? Also is it possible to switch the name of two of your accounts?

What name? Forum account, character account, character?
Character is 5 ads, forum is free, and I don't think you can change account name.

But if you really want to change your account name...
Create a new account with the name you want and transfer character(s). Not recommended if you have more then 1 character but if you really want to then yea wastes your ads.
