then, i. Make sure you have a Buy Stall Permit in your inventory. ii. Put 1 (or more) karvo in your inventory, not your cart. iii. Open up your skill window, and click the 'minimize' (-) button. Now your skills should appear in a list. iv. Scroll down the list to find Open Buying Store. Double click the icon to use the skill, and a window similar to the vending window will appear.
The rest should be explained in the guide. /ok
Mind you, these permits get used up everytime. so careful not to make too many mistakes...like i do. :p

I just buy the permit and double click the permit. Works fine too. Not sure if the gms changed it.
