Title: Where is NPC that create elemental potion creation guide?

Hi all guys. I have a simple question and will be apprecate for any suggestion. Since NPC in prontera do not sell an element potion creation guide and I found no NPC called "Pisruik Quv" in Yuno (this guy should let me create the guide), so how I can create the elemental potion creation guild. Thx all of you in advance.

The npc that sells you the book is in the building at the top right corner in Aldebaran

Your map showd no NPC's in that corner, or showed any NPC selling the elemental potion creation guide.
