can someone tell me how do a person get banned because of "vote frauding"... what is vote frauding? and how he/she fraud?
I don't know if this is the right place to post something like this...

Vote fraud is where you have multiple accounts voting on one ip. Also, if you have multiple accounts voting on separate ips
