Title: Gears VS Gears for Niffing.

I read the discussion guide and the niffing guide. All the pages of both thread. Just saying for those people who would tell me to look it up first. These are just questions that I need answer cause the thread either confused me or didn't give enough information.


Hell Poodle Card vs Spring Rabbits.
Why would SR be better? Hell Poodle gives 100% ..while SR gives 50%? So why would people tell me to get SR instead of Hell Poodle? I keep seeing SR > Hell Poodle in the threads. Like they talk about it more but barely mention hell poodle. Is there a reason why?

Would SoulRing win? Or is the assumptio chance really low?

Because they are outdated.

Hell Poodle would be better. The only reason I know they'd choose Spring Rabbit over Hell Poodle is for Monster Feed. Some weirdos prefer them over meat.

Soul Ring has decent enough rate with mobs on you. Getting a switch like a Spiky Band or anything that has high defense value will be a good idea. You switch to it after Assumptio proc and when you want it not to proc because it's spamming too much and preventing you to walk.


I'm guessing this is for money making purposes? If yes, I'd say skip nif. Moscovia (http://www.animusro.com/forums/index.php/topic,108943.0.html) > Nif. Because of the less money you'd have to invest to start making good money. I find it counter productive spending all those zeny just to start out. You also don't have to deal with the Nif assholes like champs hogging all the mobs and Priests tele ME-ing your mobs. Less stress you'd have to go through. /ok

Thanks for showing me this place. I just needed a new place to farm and this place seems fun. My friend warped me there so I dont need to do the quest since I memo it. xD Ima try it out. Thanks a lot! I can save up my money now without spending it! :D
