If I recall, someone fooled a majority into reviving his guild thread and he wasn't punished or warned.  :P

Well if you wanted to revive an old guild of yours and you didn't want to make a new thread, then why not edit your old one and bump it?

it's not my guild that im bumping, its an old but will be comeing back thread and i was wondering if i will get in trouble if i do it

I wouldn't really see a problem with it if the guild was actually coming back.
