Yeah, You use the Skill potion pitcher.
The potion you use (Red, Yellow, White, Blue) Depends on the level of the Skill.

also if u raise a stat (forget) but i think it is str u heal more with the skill.

I believe its VIT. Or at least, VIT Effects the amount you heal yourself. I'm not sure about others.
