Are the new PCB-priced lowers that add various stats allowed in Restricted WoE? I'm assuming they're not allowed since PCB isn't, though I don't particularly even see why PCB isn't allowed xP but I can def see some of these being not.

Test it in non-sqi pvp. And who actually nonsqi woes? And I mean actually moves an inch?

if i had 25 ads sitting around w/o better purpose I would ~_~ the point of asking is so I don't buy it if I can't use it

I stepped into nonsqi pvp to test it, and my geek pencil got stripped off. So I will assume it's not allowed in non-sqi woe.

No, the 6 new lower headgears cannot be worn on a restricted map such as restricted PvP or restricted WoE.
